Preliminary Thoughts

	Everyone is equally responsible to stick to the project schedule, check and update the schedule and to-do lists to be up to dated with the project, coding, project homepage design, project design.
	For good communication among the team members (created a project group email GeneX_Group@yahoogroups.com).
	Democracy will be on most of project time especially during design. For the rest of project time, team leader will be the only captain but democracy will still be the principle.
	Project manager Prof. Bolker will be the key role on some unsolved argument inside the project team.

Minutes, Web Master, Use Cases, UI Design, System Design, Coding, Debugging, Testing, Documentation Maintain, Project Presentation, Project Release, VGL Maintain.

Schedule Maintenance Thoughts:

	Discussion on the weekly schedule during the first meeting of the week and then one of us is going to email the to-do-list and the agenda for the next meeting to all of us through the yahoo group emails, and at the same time update the web site.
	We are thinking of using Microsoft Excel to maintain the Schedule.
